Senior Sales Executive – Xillio North America 

 

About the Candidate 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the success of sales and marketing strategies for North America. This candidate will be knowledgeable about the Information Management and ECM markets and can understand how to best leverage Xillio’s competitive advantages in order to accelerate our market presence, successfully sell, and deliver digital transformation and information management solutions to enterprise and government clients.

 Responsibilities 

  • Execute a solid GTM strategy with Microsoft Field Sales and Product Teams, Channel Partners, and Global System Integrators (RSIs, NSIs, GSIs) in order to generate new leads, create high-value opportunities, sell software and services, and grow our customer community. 
  • Identify and nurture new channel partner relationships and manage existing partners. 
  • Develop and implement winning sales strategies based on market experience and competitor analyses. 
  • Envision and execute field marketing events in collaboration with Microsoft, Partners, and the Xillio Marketing team. 
  • Represent Xillio at industry trade events, user groups, conferences, and other meetings. 
  • Leverage existing business relationships and develop new networking opportunities. 
  • Represent Xillio’s core values, be customer-focused when engaging with clients and partners, and embrace our results-driven, solutions-oriented approach.  
  • Develop and drive success-oriented, outbound marketing, sales, and business development initiatives. 
  • Work closely with Xillio Europe colleagues to grow a healthy revenue pipeline, coordinate client projects, and manage customer engagements.  

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • 10+ years' relevant Sales, Channel Sales, and Field Marketing experience. 
  • Experience working with legacy on-premise and ECM systems such as Documentum, Livelink, FileNet, etc. 
  • 5 years experience working with Microsoft platforms and business applications (e.g., Office365, SharePoint, Compliance Center, Teams, and OneDrive) is a plus. 
  • Strong communications skills, works well with both customers and colleagues. 
  • Good business acumen, strong analytical skills, detailed, and results-oriented.
