Roel van Egmond

My name is Roel van Egmond and I joined Xillio as a consultant in May 2017. Since then, I have worked on many different projects for multiple clients. This varies from smaller projects at commercial organizations to massive migrations for large governmental institutions. I have experience with executing web content and ECM migrations. Also, I've been responsible for the development of Xillio Insights, which I have developed in collaboration with the development team. 

Perks of working at Xillio 
If I were to describe working at Xillio in only a few words, I would say "flexible", "freedom", and "team spirit".  Working at Xillio means working whenever and wherever suits you best. Of course, you often have to be at the client site, but we can schedule our activities around this. 

At clients, I work with Xillio software, but I am not limited to just implementing the software. As a Xillio consultant, you truly work together with the client to make their project a success.

The atmosphere and bond within the consultants team is very inspiring. Everyone is very helpful and kind. We all work together really well to serve the client best. 

Many companies claim to be a flat organization without management layers, but at Xillio this is truly the case. You can walk directly into the office of the CEO to pitch a new idea or discuss a project you're working on, for example.
