Municipality of Middelburg

Middelburg Municipality’s Green Valley case management system contained nearly 120,000 archived cases, totaling 458,000 files. The system used the Alfresco Document Management system to store specific metadata and documents. With Green Valley now at end-of-life, the municipality wanted to secure the stored content in the Zeeuws Archief. There was a high time pressure for the migration project, given the risk that the data in Green Valley would no longer be available in the short term. The Middelburg municipality enlisted Xillio’s help to realize the migration reliably and on schedule.
