Since 2015, all the intellectual property of the 230 employees of a US healthcare consulting firm had been stored on a secure enterprise content management platform called Alfresco. Lack of internal resources dedicated to maintaining the Alfresco system to a full capacity, allowing system utility to employees, lead to the firm’s decision to phase out Alfresco.
