Project Manager | Data Migration Services

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will spearhead mission-critical IT projects, collaborate with Fortune 500 clients, and support our multidisciplinary teams in delivering top-tier, full-service data migration projects.

You are a ‘getting things done’ individual that has proven analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent organizational agility, and can meet tight deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. On top of that you have a natural inclination for planning strategy & tactics, problem solving, and root cause identification.

• Drive and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Engage with stakeholders at various organizational levels, both internally and externally, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Develop and communicate compelling project strategies and plans, ensuring clarity of business objectives, scope, and success criteria.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients and internal teams, providing insights and recommendations to enhance project execution.
• Apply effective change, risk, and resource management techniques to assess project performance and maximize ROI.
• Take ownership of projects, actively tracking progress, and managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Demonstrate acute business acumen, understanding clients' organizational challenges and needs.
• Enhance PM capabilities within Xillio through the introduction and refinement of methodologies, processes, and best practices.
