Avans University of Applied Sciences

Due to various factors, the university college was confronted with a large fragmentation of systems for mail, file storage and direct communication.

In 2016, Avans launched a preliminary investigation into the use of Office 365 as an integrated collaboration platform. After a successful PoC, the basic implementation of SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams started mid-2017. The complexity of the project and the required project lead time led Avans to involve Xillio to assist with the migration.
