Over the years, we’ve built specialized content migration software and launched our Xillio API platform to simplify system integration across enterprise content systems. Our solutions support global operations and optimize everything from metadata management to translation workflows.
Rikkert Engels founded the company.
Finished 50+ content migrations, at the Dutch Police among others.
Started developing Xillio software, initially only for performing content migrations.
Opened an office in the USA. Signed partnerships with Capgemini and Ciber.
Launched our File Share Analysis Package, designed to assess unstructured data and prepare for large-scale SharePoint migration or cloud migration projects

Rikkert Engels - CEO & Founder
An entrepreneur at heart, he founded Xillio in 2004 and has 18 years of experience in the enterprise content management industry, working in the knowledge management department of a large bank, among others. Engels studied business management at the University of Groningen.
Jana Kortusova - CFO
Jana has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, mostly at ABN AMRO and Wood & Co. Kortusova earned an MBA at TSM Business School Netherlands.
Sjoerd Alkema - CGO
As Chief Growth Officer at Xillio, he combines his expertise in commercial strategy and technology to drive the development and market launch of our products.
Corné van Leuveren - Principal & Founder
Corné joined Xillio as the first employee in 2004 and now utilizes this 18 years of migration experience and knowledge to guide clients in setting up their migration strategy. He works closely with Marketing and Product Management.
