To support this next phase of growth, we are looking for a Growth Marketer who will help accelerate adoption and market impact of these solutions alongside our existing portfolio. 

About the Role 

Are you a data-driven marketer with a strategic mindset and a passion for growth? Xillio is looking for a Growth Marketer to shape and execute growth initiatives across our solutions. 

This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a few years of experience who enjoys taking ownership of strategic initiatives, driving experimentation, and building scalable growth frameworks. You will work closely with the Marketing team, complementing existing expertise and helping to further professionalize and scale our growth engine. 

In this position, you will play a key role in driving lead generation, optimizing campaigns, and aligning marketing strategies with Xillio’s commercial goals. You will focus on translating growth strategy into concrete campaigns and programs, and coordinating their execution across channels. 

You will also contribute to strengthening our marketing foundation by helping to further develop a robust RevOps system, leveraging tools such as HubSpot to improve automation, insight, and efficiency. While the role has a strong strategic focus, you will remain hands-on where needed to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement growth marketing initiatives that support Xillio’s sales and partner channels, with a focus on Xillio Activate and Aspected 
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention 
  • Create, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, PPC, content marketing, etc.) 
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and the Partner Channel Managers to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue objectives 
  • Actively contribute to the creation of content and assets for Dutch campaigns and events, ensuring relevance and impact 
  • Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams and external partners 
  • Help build and maintain a scalable RevOps system using HubSpot for automation, tracking, and reporting 
  • Track, measure, and report on marketing performance, translating data into actionable insights 
  • Experiment with new tools, technologies, and approaches to improve marketing effectiveness 
  • Contribute to the development of repeatable frameworks and processes that support long-term growth 
  • Act as a connecting point between marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and clarity 

About You 

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth, demand generation, or digital marketing

  • You have experience driving lead generation and executing data-informed campaigns

  • You are comfortable working with data and using insights to improve performance

  • You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and taking initiative

  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, and can create high-quality Dutch-language campaign content 

  • You have experience working with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven environments is a plus
