Marketing Specialist - Partner Marketing 

 

About the Role 

As Partner Marketing Specialist at Xillio, you’ll be the driving force behind our partner-focused marketing activities. You’ll translate Xillio’s propositions into joint go-to-market plans, campaigns, and content that help our partners succeed, and help Xillio grow. 

You’ll work closely with our Partner Channel Managers and marketing team to turn strategy into action, ensuring our partner channel gets the attention, tools, and visibility it deserves. 

We’re looking for someone who’s both hands-on and tactical. A person who enjoys getting things done, can bring structure where needed and isn’t afraid to take ownership. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Partner Marketing Execution 

  • Plan, create and execute marketing activities together with our partners. From co-branded campaigns and events to content, email, and social media. 
  • Develop and manage tactical plans for joint go-to-market programs. 
  • Create or coordinate partner marketing assets such as one-pagers, whitepapers, battle cards, decks, blogs, and email templates. 
  • Contribute partner-focused ideas to Xillio’s overall campaign and content calendar. 
  • Ensure partner-related content on the Xillio website and partner portal is accurate, up to date, and aligned with ongoing initiatives. 

Partner Recruitment & Activation 

  • Design and execute marketing initiatives aimed at attracting new partners , such as targeted campaigns, landing pages, ads, and outreach materials. 
  • Collaborate with the Partner Channel Manager to define the ideal partner profile and translate it into actionable marketing tactics. 
  • Nurture prospective partners through digital channels, content, and events until they’re ready for onboarding. 
  • Build awareness of Xillio’s partner program and its value within the Microsoft and ECM ecosystem.

Partner Enablement, Portal & Process 

  • Take ownership of the partner portal: maintain and expand its content, improve usability, and ensure materials are relevant and current. 
  • Drive consistency and process discipline across teams: ensure that partner data, activities, and collateral are properly managed and documented. 
  • Support internal adoption of partner workflows (e.g., through HubSpot or the partner portal) and coach others to follow them. 
  • Help partners navigate Xillio’s materials, tools, and processes to make collaboration smooth and effective. 
Data & Optimization 
  • Track and report on partner marketing performance.  
  • Measure the impact of campaigns and content and use insights to improve future efforts. 
  • Identify process improvements that make partner collaboration smoother and more predictable. 

Who You Are 

  • You’re a proactive doer, someone who gets energy from turning plans into action. 
  • You’re comfortable working with both creative and operational tasks. 
  • You can challenge others constructively and keep things on track, even when priorities shift. 
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. 
  • You’re familiar with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Figma, Google Analytics, etc.  
  • Ideally, you have some experience in B2B tech or SaaS marketing, preferably in a partner-driven environment. 
  • You’re flexible in working hours to collaborate with US-based partners.
