Personnel growth calls for new location

Hilversum, March 27, 2017 - Xillio, international specialist in content migration and integration of large enterprise platforms, is moving at the end of this month to the former district court on the 's-Gravelandseweg in Hilversum. The district court closed its doors in late 2013 and has stood empty for years. Xillio is moving to this special building of almost 1,900 m2 because the current premises have become too small due to personnel growth. This growth is caused by the growing demand for its content integration software, which as a shell on top of existing content systems can ensure that content becomes interchangeable between different systems.

In today's ECM market, there is a shift from traditional content migration to integrating multiple content systems. Organizations are realizing that fully consolidating and migrating to one central system is not feasible. Xillio provides software to allow various content sources to communicate with each other and make information exchangeable. Demand for this integration software is increasing from customer organizations and ECM vendors.

Rikkert Engels, founder and CEO of Xillio: "We bought the cantonment building last year and are thrilled to finally move in this month. I expect it will give a huge boost to our staff, but also help in finding new personnel. In any case, the new building offers enough space to continue growing. Especially in the development, consultancy, marketing and sales departments, we still have vacancies. We offer our employees a flexible working atmosphere and healthy working environment. In the basement there will be a gym with showers, not to mention our ping pong table."

The building was designed by architect J.J.M. Vegter and can rightly be called unique: seen from the front, it has the shape of an unfolded law book. It is a very successful example of architecture that stands midway between modernism and traditionalism.

Xillio is looking for more people to fill the new building. Check out our job openings.
