Remco Steelink

At Xillio, Remco helps implement Xillio’s software at client sites and works on a variety of content migration projects. These projects are often challenging and complex, but what he enjoys most is the diversity. With different systems, companies, and people involved, every project brings something new. During his time at Xillio, Remco has held several different positions. He started as a consultant, gained experience programming within the development department, and even managed three junior consultants on a project. This variety has allowed him to explore different areas of the business and take on a broad range of responsibilities. For Remco, one of the things that makes working at Xillio special is the combination of responsibility and freedom. He also appreciates the relaxed, informal atmosphere at the office, which is an important part of his working environment.
