Case Study
International Exchange Company
Headquartered in the United States and active across global financial markets, an international exchange company offers a broad range of investment options to its worldwide client base. The organization is driven by a constant push for innovation, helping its clients stay ahead in an increasingly competitive and fast-moving landscape.
To strengthen compliance and improve access to critical information, the company set out to modernize how it stores and manages its signed documents. Previously held in a dedicated FileNet scanning application, these documents needed to be managed in line with strict legislation and regulatory requirements—while still being easy for teams to find and use.
The solution was to move this valuable content to Microsoft SharePoint. In a carefully planned and executed migration, more than 400,000 signed documents were transferred from FileNet to SharePoint Online in a reliable, controlled, and efficient way.
Curious how they did it, and what they learned along the way?
After conducting a detailed analysis with Xillio Insights, we mapped the content and identified all the content types.
