Partner Manager

Location: Hilversum / remote

In 2024 we aim to drive exponential growth through market leadership, expanding our partner network, and investing heavily in demand generation, product innovation, and customer engagement. We are seeking a dynamic Partner Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our partner network and driving our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work together with the sales director to set up a structure, process, and framework to onboard, activate and manage partners.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with system integrators, SharePoint implementers, and Microsoft consulting firms.
  • Onboard and train new partners, ensuring they are fully engaged and productive.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint sales and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize partner contributions.
  • Provide regular feedback to partners on performance, market trends, and product updates.
  • Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving with partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in partner management, preferably in the software or IT sector.
  • A strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, migration, and integration solutions understanding is nice to have.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
