(Pre)Sales Support Specialist

Location: Hilversum / remote

Company Overview:

Xillio, a leader in Microsoft 365 migration and integration, is expanding its team as part of our ambitious growth plans. We are looking for a (Pre)Sales Support Specialist who will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, enhancing customer engagement, and contributing to our overall growth strategy and finally, can grow into a sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing and customizing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
  • Coordinate and manage sales-related activities, including scheduling meetings, maintaining client databases, and managing documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, file management, and report generation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective promotional strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth operation and communication.
  • Provide insights and feedback from sales activities to help refine sales strategies and tactics.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Handle initial customer inquiries and provide pre-sales information and support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot is nice to have) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
