Product Manager

The Product Manager at Xillio will play a pivotal role in steering our product suite towards market leadership in the SaaS space. This position requires a blend of technical acumen, market insight, and a customer-centric approach to drive product development, documentation, pricing strategies, and product marketing. You will act as the linchpin between our product team, marketing, and sales departments, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Develop a cohesive product strategy for our product suite, ensuring our migration, integration, and monitoring solutions are competitive and innovative.
  • Market Analysis & Insight: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor dynamics, and customer requirements, translating these insights into actionable product initiatives.
  • Product Planning & Roadmap: Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including creating and prioritizing the product roadmap, feature definition, and release planning.
  • Documentation & Pricing: Oversee the development of comprehensive product documentation and formulate pricing strategies that align with market expectations and business objectives.
  • Product Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including messaging, positioning, and launch plans.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Serve as the primary interface between technical teams, sales, marketing, and support, fostering collaboration and alignment on product goals and strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and advocate for their needs within the product development process.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze product performance against key metrics, utilizing data to inform decisions and improve customer satisfaction.

Your background and competencies

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Solid experience in product management, ideally within a SaaS, cloud services, or Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365, cloud computing, and digital content management technologies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, capable of driving initiatives and influencing across departments.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-first mindset and the ability to identify opportunities in challenges.
  • Experience in product documentation, pricing strategies, and product marketing is essential.
