Rikkert founded Xillio in 2004 with a focus on solving complex content management and migration challenges. With a background in enterprise content management and knowledge management, Rikkert has helped shape Xillio's development from a specialist migration company into a provider of enterprise content migration technology and services. Before founding Xillio, he gained experience in the knowledge management department of a large bank. He studied business management at the University of Groningen. As CEO, Rikkert guides the company's long-term direction, connecting technology development with the changing needs of organizations managing large volumes of enterprise content.
